Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
Use your favorite yogurt, granola, and fresh fruits to make a delicious and healthy parfait like this one. For the granola, try either of these excellent recipes: Vanilla Bean Coconut Granola or Best Everyday Granola

- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed (no fresh blueberries?--use frozen blueberries. Just put them in a little strainer and run warm tap water over them to defrost quickly.)
- 1/2 banana; halved lengthwise, then sliced crosswise
- 4 whole strawberries, cut into small bite-sized pieces
- 1 6-8 ounce carton of your favorite yogurt
- granola, amount per choice
Layer half of each ingredient in a glass or bowl: blueberries, bananas, strawberries, yogurt, granola. Repeat with other half of ingredients.
