Mango Lassi
- 1 1/4 cups diced mango (about 1 large mango)
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (most recipes call for white sugar, but I like brown sugar)
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom (optional, but I like the flavor)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Put all ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth and creamy. Can be served immediately or put in the refrigerator to chill.
